Get rid of dark mosquito bite spots on your skin, the natural way

If you live or ever been to a tropical climate, where mosquitoes are common, then you must also have the ugly experience of getting bitten by one or more. And when one bites you, not only does it itch like hell, you also may be left with those little dark spots on your precious skin. And that's even more so the case when you happen to have fair or sensitive skin, and trhat is not at all pretty to say the least! Those mosquito bite marks also take a long time to go away all by themselves!

But... here is some good news:
You really don't have to wait for the mosquito bites to disappear and try your utter best to hide your limbs! Keep in mind that the sooner you follow this instruction, if possible right after the moquito has bitten your skin, the faster these bite marks will go away. Now, the first thing you would want to do is to apply vitamin E oil right on the bite mark spot. Once you have applied the initial round of vit. E oil, repeat it every 8 hours or so until the mosquito bite mark is completely removed.
Additionally you could use something called rosehip seed oil, which actually is a very good natural skin healer. Apply this once a day to reduce any dis-coloration and give you back that normal skin tone around the mosquito bite affected area of your skin. Lastly, iuf you want extra fast and effective results, rub the flesh of a fresh, juicy lemon for about half a minute, twice daily on the wider area of the bite mark. This may bite your skin a little bit on another level but don't worry, it gives your skin recovery an extra boost, and as a bonus it as well repels mosquitoes away from you!

Good luck, don't let 'em bite you! (or else you will be applying oils and fruits the whole day through!)

Can I loose weight, but not in my breasts?

"I want to loose weight without loosing my boobs"

Although that would be a very welcome thing for a lot of women (and men), unfortunately this is not quite possible, sorry. You see, 90% of your breasts volume is made out of fatty tissue, which is just the one thing that you loose when you diet and exercise.

Now don't suddenly change plans on loosing that extra weight you carry... Although your breasts will shrink along, it is most probable that your overall proportions stay roughly the same, and except from looking fitter, most people will not even notice that your boobs changed a bit along, so don't you worry about getting comments like "Are the twins on holiday?"
